A resolution authorizing signature of contract with SK Geotechnical
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, Great West Engineering has solicited proposals for Geotechnical Evaluation of our proposed project; and
WHEREAS, the District subsequently received 2 qualified proposals; and
WHEREAS, the District has determined that the proposal submitted by SK Geotechnical most closely meets the requirements of the District; and
WHEREAS, in order to receive the required services, the District must sign a contract directly with SK Geotechnical; and
WHEREAS, the proposed contract amount is $5,160 (five thousand one hundred sixty dollars) for the required services.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorize signature of a contract with SK Geotechnical in the amount of $5,160 for Geotechnical Evaluation.
