RESOLUTION NUMBER: 2006-10
A RESOLUTION ALTERING THE DISTRICT’S FISCAL YEAR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7,
Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and
WHEREAS, the District has adopted bylaws defining it’s fiscal year to be the same as a calendar year;
and
WHEREAS, Missoula County has a fiscal year which runs from July 1st to June 30th
; and
WHEREAS, Missoula County’s accounting system is unable to provide budget and other reports for a
fiscal year other than that used by Missoula County; and
WHEREAS, Missoula County has recommended and requested that we alter our fiscal year to match
the fiscal year used by the Missoula County accounting system.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District adopt a fiscal year which runs from July 1st to
June 30th, and amend the bylaws to reflect this change.
