Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District
Meeting Minutes
October 22nd, 2026 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department
Roll Call: Dusty, Meggan, Michael, Cyndie and Paula were present. Homeowner Tom Walter also attended.
Approval of Minutes: Meggan made a motion to approve the minutes, Michael seconded. Motion passed and minutes were approved.
Financial Information: Meggan. Robbie, Cyndie and Paula met to look at the financial reports received from the county using the new system. It is slightly less confusing but still a work in progress. Robbie had some good information. Meggan went over the most recent financial report. Dusty made a motion to approve them, Paula seconded. Motion passed and financial report was approved.
Public Input: None.
Old Business: The temporary fix at the well pumps is still working while Great West works to develop a permanent solution and explores grant resources for the district.
The readings from the booster station indicate that the replacement of the pressure tank at the booster station and the service line repair at the residence on the hill has significantly reduced our power use at the station.
Curbstop contact sheet and As-Builts for IMEG- Paula and Cyndie will drive around the district and add curbstop locations to a contact list we have created to give to Daniel at IMEG. Cyndie has physical copies of As-Builts, we will add the locations of the new curbstops to them and get them to Meggan so she can get them copied to a digital format.
Website: Still looking for Mike’s replacement to either update and manage or develop a new website for us. His contract expires December 31. Cyndie and Paula (& hopefully Meggan) will be meeting with candidates next week.

Ordinance review still pending.
Jeff Skelton has mowed the sewer lot, we have not received an invoice from him yet.

Adjournment: Paula made a motion to adjourn, Meggan seconded. Motion passed and meeting was adjourned.
