   4. Discussion on  base rate increase proposed for April

   5. Discuss completing sewer video and plan repair of manhole at 4400 Edgewood

   6. Discuss watering and maintenance at well house and booster and sewer lot

   7. Create list of future improvements to share in March

   8. Continued review of meter reads and addressing system alerts for high and low water use. 1 home has consistent alerts.

   9. Telemetry is installed and opinions on use of system

6. New Business

   1. New water operators to attend March meeting. We will discuss operations, new telemetry and future projects

   2. County is having training seesion March 4th to train us to access our reports and financial information ourselves.

   3. Investigate revisiting getting meters in well house to send info.
