    1. Project update- Discussion with Amy
    2. Rate increase discussion- postponed until 2026
    3. ARPA compliance review- ongoing
    4. Sewerline video and manhole repair at 4400 Edgewood to start in Spring
    5. Review meter reads looking for and addressing system alerts for low/high water use, leaks, faulty equipment. Will check for backflow preventer compliance and expansion tanks in the future.
    6. Ordinance and By-law update in 2026.
    7. Discussion about curb stop maintainance
    8. Removal of shed on well property
    9. Ongoing issues with Missoula County Financial services regarding monthly reports ongoing
    10. Meggan proposes we go to autosurvey to track attendance for board of directors making it easier for the secretary to account for at the end of the fiscal year.
  6. New Business
    1. New operator – IMEG engineering taking over January 1, 2026 . Tami Quinn resigned November 27.
    2. Check out more reliable SMS system
    3. Discuss whether to hire maintanance for the well house property or offer it to a resident for water credit.
    4. Create a list of future improvements.
