A RESOLUTION 2024-09 FOR ARPA DRAW #16
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and
WHEREAS, the District has contracted with Great West Engineering to apply for and aid in the management of awarded grant funding through the ARPA (American Rescue Fund Act) disbursements; and
WHEREAS, in order to receive the grant funding awarded, the District must comply with all ARPA and DNRC procedures; and
WHEREAS, in order to be reimbursed for expenses by ARPA, the appropriate draw documents must be submitted; and
WHEREAS, the expenses identified in the ARPA Draw #16 are accurate and reasonable, they have been approved for submittal by the District Board of Directors
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District approves submitting ARPA Draw #16 for payment to GBC (Ground Breaking Construction) for the amount of $25,695.00 (twenty five thousand six hundred ninety five dollars and zero cents)and authorizes the District to submit any and all documentation required.
