A RESOLUTION FOR WEED MITIGATION AND TREE TRIMMING ON TANK LOT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and
WHEREAS, the District has the responsibility to maintain the property it owns; and
WHEREAS, Cyndie and Gary Winchell, residents of the District, performed the necessary work needed on the Tank Lot so repairs could be performed easily and the property maintained; and
WHEREAS, hiring a private company had proven to be expensive and unattainable currently; and
WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to provide a monthly water credit in the amount of $120.00( one hundred and twenty dollars MND NO CENTS) FOR SERVICE ON THE PROPERTY.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorizes a water credit to the Winchell district water account for $120.00 (one hundred dollars and no cents).
