    1. Project update- pump failures and seeking bids for new pumps and service line per electrician and PCI recommendation, working on locating service blow off on Bushey property, removing / abandoning existing curb stop at tank, SCADA system
    2. Letter to residents re: ordinances and verification of water service- soon
    3. Information regarding new water line and curb stops(Dusty)
    4. SOW- on going
    5. Update on No Parking District for Well house property
  6. New Business
    1. Discussion with Bray and Harrison on proposed District  water line acquisition , installing two curb stops and service and ending a service line
    2. Water credit for Winchell’s for weed mitigation and tree trimming on the well lot next month.
    3. Insurance renewal paid
    4. Begin work on 2025 Budget
