Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District
Meeting Minutes
June 27th, 2024 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department
Roll Call: Dusty Deschamps, Michael Bushey, Meggan Quigley, Cyndie Winchell, Paula Niccum. Brennan, our new bookkeeper also attended.
Approval of Minutes: Dusty made a motion to approve the minutes as posted on the site, Meggan seconded, motion carried and minutes approved.
Financial Information: No financial reports received from the county, it is the end of the fiscal year. Last financial report errors by the county were corrected.
Public Input: None.
Old Business:
Cyndie reports that the booster station drain vault repairs are complete.
The letter to residents about ordinances and verification of water service hookups is still in process and should be going out next month. Dusty is also looking into new water lines and curb stops.
The scope of work document was completed (thanks, Meggan!) and given to Brennan.
New Business:
The board welcomed our new bookkeeper Brenna Buhl.
Resolution 2024-03 Bond payment WRF 09128- A motion was made, seconded and passed to approve our bond payment.
Resolution 2024-04 Bond payment WRF 23522- A motion was made, seconded and passed to approve our bond payment.
Resolution 2024-05 Well house lawn compensation- A motion was made to offer a bill credit to Tom Carrol for watering and mowing the lawn at the well house lawn in the summer. Motion was seconded and bill credit approved.
Resolution 2024-6 ARPA Draw #14- A motion was made, seconded and passed to pay ARPA draw number #14 which includes an invoice from Great West Engineering and Summit Sprinkler and Landscape.
A motion was made to issue Cyndie and Gary Winchell each a one month bill credit in an appreciation for their weed eating the lot on the hill at the booster station. Motion made by Paula, seconded by Dusty and approved.
