Meeting Minutes
May 23rd, 2024 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department
Roll Call: Cyndie Winchel, Michael Bushey, Meggan Quigley, Dusty Deschamps, Paula Niccum.
Approval of Minutes: Meggan made a motion to approve minutes as posted on website, Dusty seconded, motion carried and minutes approved.
Financial Information: April report read, they were labeled as May. Many mistakes were found- they can be addressed when the May financial report is received. Approval will be tabled until errors are addressed.
Public Input: None.
Old Business:
Project Updates: Cyndie met with electricians and additional outlets were installed today.
Paulson Electric will include the cost of the concrete pad with the generator bid. The board discussed the merits of the generator and reviewed the bid. Dusty made a motion to not do the generator. Paula seconded, motion carried and generator will not be considered at this time.
Mickelson work is completed.
Dirt work bid has not been received yet.
Amy checked with DEQ and we are ok to use Michael Bushey’s line to give Michael and Gary Bray separate curb stops. Cyndie will meet with Mrs. Harrison and Mr. Bray.
Dusty made a motion to re-route water to Bray and Bushey homes and cap the Harrison line at Water District expense. Motion seconded and approved.
Cyndie will revisit letter to homeowners and send it around for input. Amy will help with engineering. Work will paid for using contingency funds.
Scada system needs to be set up to alert Andy to system problems.
An issue with the new website was discussed, the addition or replacement of meters could disrupt the format of the system. Dusty made a motion to pay Mike Lilley to address the issue. Meggan seconded and motion passed.
Bookkeeping SOW document- Board members should review it again before next meeting.
Brennan is beginning to work for the district.
