Meeting Minutes

August 24th, 2023 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:  cyndie Winchell, Michael Bushey, Meggan Quigley, Dusty Deschamps, paula niccum

Approval of Minutes:  Dusty made a motion to approve the minutes posted on the website. Motion passed and minutes approved.

Financial Information:  meggan read the financial report from the county for July 2023. Dusty made a motion to approve, Michael seconded motion carried in financials approved.

Julisa attended the meeting.  We discussed her contract and agreed to renew it. She will plan to come to September and February meetings each year unless otherwise agreed.

Public Input: None.

Old Business:  

Project update- Plumbing to be done, rebar reset and then concrete should be poured on the 29th.  Concrete will be cured until it meets compression test standards then construction will proceed on the building.  
Paula will email Andy to ask about the blocked drain line coming from the water tank on the hill.

Budget-  We are still waiting for paperwork from the county and planning on budget work at the September meeting. 

Website maintenance-  Michael is working on it.

 

New Business-  Cyndie wanted to discuss giving Paula a water credit for helping with installing touchpads and radios for the last few houses.  Paula declined.

Sewer lot should be mowed soon.

Adjournment:  Paula made a motion to adjourn, Meggan seconded it.  Motion carried, meeting adjourned.
