A RESOLUTION FOR ARPA DRAW #8 & SRF/WRF Draw #4…

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, in order to receive the grant funding awarded and loan procedes, the District must comply with all ARPA and DNRC procedures; and

WHEREAS, in order to be reimbursed for expenses by ARPA and SRF/WRF DNRC, the appropriate draw documents must be submitted; and

WHEREAS, the expenses identified in the ARPA Draw #8 and SRF/WRF Draw #4 for payment to GreatWest Engineering in the amount of $26,382.94 ( twenty six thousand three hundred eighty two dollars and ninty four cents) are accurate and reasonable, they have been approved by the Board of Directors.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District approves submitting ARPA Draw request #8 for $17,258.97 (seventeen thousand two hundred fifty eight dollars and ninty seven cents and SRF/WRF Draw #4  for $9,124.00 (nine thousand one hundred twenty four dollars and no cents) for payment to GreatWest Engineering in the amount of $26,382.94 ( twenty six thousand three hundred eighty two dollars and ninty four cents for invoice # 29612 and authorizes the district to submit any and all documentation required.
