A RESOLUTION FOR WELLHOUSE LAWN MAINTANENCE COMPENSATION…
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and WHEREAS, the District has the responsibility of maintaining the property it owns
WHEREAS, over the past several years, Tom Carroll, a District resident, has been responsible for the irrigating, mowing and trimming of the District’s Well house property
WHEREAS, hiring a private company for such maintenance would cost the District significant money
WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to provide a water credit in the amount of $200.00 to the Carroll account for excellent maintenance of District property
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorize a payment to the Tom Carroll’s water district account in the amount of $200.00 (two hundred dollars).
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorizes the water credit applied to the Carroll water account.
