A RESOLUTION FOR WEED MITIGATION OF THE DISTRICT BOOSTER STATION PROPERTY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, The District has the responsibility to maintain the property it owns,

WHEREAS, Meggan Quiggley, a District resident has done weed mitigation of the Districts Booster station property,

WHEREAS, hiring a private company has proven to be expensive and unattainable currently,

WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to provide a water credit in the amount of $120.00 as the amount covers two seasons of work.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorizes a payment to the Meggan Quiggley’s water district account in the amount of $120.00 ( one hundred twenty dollars).
