A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMPENSATION FOR OWNERS OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES WITHIN THE DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, the District is involved in a variety of upgrade and maintenance projects; and

WHEREAS, in order to complete those projects, the District has acquired easements from the Williams and Hanson properties

WHEREAS, the Williams and Hanson families have been most cooperative and prompt in granting the District such easements, and

WHEREAS, the District wishes to express its appreciation for their cooperation;.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorizes a water credit of $60.00 to each of the Williams and Hanson water accounts.
