Meeting Minutes

July 28th, 2022 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:  Cyndie, Dusty, Michael, Meggan, Paula.  

Approval of Minutes: Dusty and seconded by Cyndie to approve the minutes as posted on the website.   Motion carried, minutes approved. 

Financial Information:  The board discussed the June report and and related financial reports.  Julissa attended our meeting and she and the board discussed coding corrections to reports generated by the county.  Julissa has a list of codes for the reports that was generated by Janet, Julissa will share it with the board members. 

Public Input: None.

Old Business:  

Project update- The board had planned to ask to meet with Great West for a progress report about the upgrade project.  Projects is ready for bids, so the board decided to wait until the next meeting. 

Booster tank yard maintenence- No one yet found to do the weed trimming in the tank enclosure yard.  Meggan said she would do it in the next two weeks, Cyndie offered to help.

Board wants to give a special thanks to Meggan for uptadint the state reports, they are finished and correct.

New Business: 

Budget:  The board began discussing the budget but decided to table the discussion until the next meeting when all reports should have been received by the county. 

Meter reading clarification:  Meter reading methods were discussed and clarified and board will follow up with meter reader.

The board updated their contact information for PCI.
