Meeting Minutes

Roll Call: Cyndie Winchell, Meggan Quigley, Paula Niccum, Michael Bushey, Dusty Deschamps

Also in attendance Doug Byrne.

Approval of Minutes: A motion to approve minutes as posted on site was made by Dusty, seconded by Michael, vote passed, minutes approved.

Financial Information: April report from the county read by Meggan. A motion to approve made by Cyndie, seconded by Dusty, passed and approved.

Public Input: None.

Old Business:

Water ordinance review on hold until Meeting with Sensus meter representative. Meeting tentatively scheduled for July 28.
Project update: Still unable to get an easement through the Lerch House Property because Cyndie & the board have received no response from Mr. George.

Dusty will call him, if no reply the board may consider condemnation.

Sewer lot will be mowed next week.

Cyndie completed change of address and will try to complete application process tomorrow.

There is 20k outstanding on existing loan July 1. Board may try to pay down the loan to get better insurance.

Redo of FY. 20-21 Financial reports with State of Montana: Cyndie and Meggan will revisit feports, corrected reports sre ready.

New Business:

Booster station and tank maintenance ideas discussed. Cyndie will ask Franck if interested.
