Meeting Minutes
March 24th, 2022 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department
Roll Call: Meggan, Cyndie, Michael, Paula, Dusty
Approval of Minutes: Motion to approve minutes as posted made by Meggan, seconded by Michael. Motion carried, minutes approved.
Financial Information: Financial report report for February read by Meggan. Motion to approve made by Paula, seconded by Michael. Motion carried, financials approved.
Public Input: None.
Old Business: Registration of entity for grant- Dunn & Bradstreet still had Mike Lilley on file. Cyndie had to re-submit all information.
New Business:
- New contract with Julissa: Cyndie met with Julissa and resolved some questions about bookkeeping. A new contract was written and will be discussed at the next meeting.
- Board review of County bookkeeping with District comparison up for discussion: The board discussed some of the county’s finacial reporting procedures.
- Project update: The project is ongoing. DEQ- we need to post categorical exclusions for water project for further environmental review.
- Meter replacement: There was a bad meter at the Griffing house. Michaelson Plumbing replaced it.
- Storage tank lot: Ray can’t do the weed wacking at the storage tank lot. Board will try to find someone new to do it.
- Sign duty: Cyndie will do signage for April.
