Meeting Minutes

March 10th, 2022 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:

Dusty Deschamps, Meggan Quigley, Cyndie Winchell,Michael Bushey, Paula Niccum

Approval of Minutes: Minutes were approved.

Financial Information: Meggan read the January 2022 financial report.  There was a discussion about moving the meeting day to the end of the month so that the date the county sends the financial information to us is closer to the date of our meetings.  A motion was made by Dusty, seconded by Meggan and passed.  There will be a special meeting on 3.24.2022 to begin the new meeting schedule.

Public Input: None.

Old Business:

Water ordinance review plans ongoing.

Bookkeeper training:

Julissa spent time with Janet Lilley to get more training about our system’s bookkeeping.  Janet spent four hours working with Julissa.  Dusty made a motion to send $200 to Janet for her services, Paula seconded, motion passed.

Budget:

Meggan and Cyndie will be doing a last review of the budget.

Project update: Ryan Pearson from Great West engineering came to the meeting and gave aprogress report about draft sunmittal plans for the DEQ.  (Date of draft documents 1.11.2023.)

New Business:

Change of meeting addressed in financial section as noted above.

Sign duty: March and April- Paula
