Meeting Minutes

February 10th, 2022 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:  Cyndie Winchell, Meggan Quigley, Dusty Deschamps, Paula Niccum

Approval of Minutes:  Cyndie made a motion to approve minutes as posted on the site, Meggan seconded, minutes approved.

Financial Information:  Meggan read the financial reports from the county for December.  Cyndie made a motion to approve, Paula seconded, minutes approved.  

Public Input: None.

Old Business:  Cyndie will be working to update paperwork for the system upgrade project.  
The board discussed purchasing an upgraded version of Quickbooks.

Board member election period is almost over, write-ins are possible until February 28.  Two positions are open, Cyndie and Dusty are willing to serve if no one is interested.

New Business:

Budget-  Meggan will be working on the budget for fy2021-22.

System upgrade project-  Engineers are close to finishing the preliminary report and will come to a board meeting when it is ready, probably next meeting.  
Sigh for March, April and May- Paula.
