Meeting Minutes

December 9th, 2021 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:  Cyndie Winchell, Dusty Deschamps, Meggan Quigley, Michael Bushey, Paula Niccum

Approval of Minutes:  No meeting was held on the November meeting date due to lack of a quorum.  The board agreed to table agenda items until December meeting.  The Financials were circulated among all board members via email, read and approved.

Financial Information: October report was read, Meggan has the annual report done.  Motion to approve October financial report made by Paula, seconded by Dusty, motion carried and minutes approved.

Public Input: None.

Old Business:

Still deciding on whether to purchase Quick Books.

District credit card was renewed and is in Cyndie’s name.

The water ordinance review is on hold for now.

 

New Business: 

The board will request that Andy chlorinates quarterly.  

A letter will be sent to all system users to notify them that there may be line locaters needing access to peoples yards to mark lines for system upgrades.  The latter will outline what the system upgrade projects will be and encourage system users to attend meetings if they have questions.

Elections:  Cyndie and Dusty will be up for new terms this year.

Resolution for Bond Payment:  The resolution was already passed, it was signed at this meeting.

Resolution for contribution to East Missoula Fire Department:  The resolution was already passed and signed at this meeting.

Project update: Directional drilling test for new service line will be performed late December/early January.

Budget:  in progress.

Sign duty: December, January & February- Michael.

Adjournment: Motion made by Paula, seconded by Dusty and carried, meeting adjourned.
