RESOLUTION 2021-07 A DONATION TO THE EMFD

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, the District holds its board meetings on the second Thursday of each month; and

WHEREAS, the District holds each of its meetings at the East Missoula Volunteer Fire Department using its meeting room; and

WHEREAS, renting an alternative location for meetings would cost the District a reasonable amount of money; and

WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to make a contribution to the East Missoula Fire Department to compensate them for allowing the District the use of their facilities; and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorize a payment to the East Missoula Fire Department in the amount of $325.00 (three hundred twenty five dollars).
