Meeting Minutes

October 14th, 2021 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:Cyndie Winchell, Meggan Quigley, Michael Bushey, Dusty Deschamps, Paula Niccum.

Approval of Minutes:motion by Dusty, seconded by Cyndie to approve minutes as posted on site.  Motion carries, minutes adjourned.

Financial Information: August financial report read by Meggan.  Motion made by Dusty to approve as read, seconded by Paula, motion carried and financials approved.

 

Public Input: None

Old Business:

• Water Use ordinance review- ongoing.
• Adler meter- Cyndie and Gary resolved  Remote not working with meter, meter replaced.
• Purchase of Quick Books- pending.
• Sensus meter rep- new rep meter presentation pending.
• Meeting sign duty- Cyndie has October and December.
• Director Compensation- Dusty moved to approve director compensation, Michael seconded.  Motion approved.

New Business: 

• A motion to pay Ray Powell for maintenance at the booster tank property was made by Paula, seconded by Dusty and approved.
• District credit card renewal with Zane Weber from 1st Interstate Bank- Meggan is investigating payment options, the credit card is in Cyndie’s name for now.  
• System improvement project funding- We were approved for system improvement funding.
• System Chlorination & recent hit-
• Andy was reminded to Chlorinate during the 2 weeks tha everyone blows out their irrigation systems.

• Paula made a motion to adjourn, Dusty seconded and meeting was adjourned.
