Meeting Minutes

September 9th, 2021 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:  Dusty Deschamps, Cyndie Winchell, Meggan Quigley, Michael Bushey, Paula Niccum, Shane O’Berry

Approval of Minutes: Meggan made a motion to approve minutes as posted on the site, Dusty seconded , motion carried and minutes approved.

Financial Information: Meggan is waiting for financial information from the county.

Public Input: None.

Old Business:

Water use Ordinance review ongoing.

Adler meter- Still working to repair, suspect a problem with the wiring for the meter button.

Meter reader repair- received notification that meter rader hd been received, status of meter being reviewed,

Purchase of Quick Books-  Julissa is still investigating pricing and purchase.

Sensus meter rep to give a presentation on a new type of meter in the future, should happen in the next couple of months.  

Meeting sign duty- Cyndie has October and November.

New Business:

Shane O’Berry, new owner of 5190 Old Marshall grade had questions about his hookup and service.  

Dirrector compensation- Paula will go through attendance and report number of meetings each boaard member attended last year.

Still waiting to hear about funding for system improvement funding.

Clean up at the booster station and storage tank on the hill scheduled for October 11, 5:15 pm.

Julissa reported that she had completed the application for assistance for low income members of the system needed to set up a contract for reimbursement.
