Meeting Minutes
August 12th, 2021 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department
Roll Call: Dusty, Cyndie, Meggan, Michael, Paula
Approval of Minutes: Motion to approve last month’s meeting minutes made by Dusty, seconded by Meggan. Motion carried, minutes approved.
Financial Information: Meggan read the June financials from the county. A motion to approve as read made by Dusty, seconded by Paula and approved.
Public Input: None.
Old Business:
Water ordinance review project ongoing.
Document organizing in shed on well field will be done when weather cools off. Cleanup at the booster station scheduled for October 11 at 5:15.
Adler meter- Cyndie thinks the button for the reader needs to be replaced. She and Michael will see if they can repair it.
Cyndie has sent the meter remote reader for repair. We still have one working meter reader.
Michael renewed the domain for the website for two years.
New Business:
Julissa has been having trouble with the Quicken program and would like to purchase an updated version. She should be getting us a price for the upgrade.
Cyndie had a discussion with the Sensus meter representative about the benefits of a new meter type. She (the representative) may come to a board meeting to discuss the new meters with the board.
The board credit card is due to expire later this year. Cyndie will discuss payment options other than using a credit card with the county and report to the board.
Waiting to hear from Great West about funding for the system upgrade project.
The last of the booster station repairs are done. The pressure tank replacement and the wrap for the tank vent are completed.
A motion was made to give Tom Carrol a $60.00 bill credit for mowing and watering the well lot. Dusty made a motion, Meggan seconded and motion passed.
Cyndie brought literature about a program to give system users with financial need assistance. Dusty reviewed it and Meggan is investigating further.
