Meeting Minutes

May 13th, 2021 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call: 

Meggan Quigley, Cyndie Winchell, Dusty Deschamps, Paula Niccum, Michael Bushey.

Approval of Minutes:

Cyndie mad a motion to Approve the minutes as posted on site, Meggan seconded, motion carried and minutes approved.

Financial Information:

Meggan read the financial report for March.  She has also reconciled the report with the profit and loss report from Julissa.  Motion to aoprove made and seconded, motion carried and minutes approved.

Public Input: None.

Old Business:

_{Cyndie and Paula will start working on organizing in the shed sometime after May 25.  Any questions or problems will be addresses at the next meeting.}

_{Cleanup at the booster tank is tentatively set for June 1.  Cyndie, Meggan, Michael, possibly Dusty and Pauls will work on moss removal, and general cleanip.}

_{Fence project- Cyndie is waiting to hear from Mr. George about repair to fence on Marshall Grade RoAd.}

_{Clint Dack from Northwestern Energy has contacted Andy Mefford and Craig Pozega to obtain more maps.  Project should begin late summer or possibly fall, he hopes for minimal outage for system users.}

New Business:

Request for Proposal documents recieved for review.  Board discussed them, Dusty made a motion to contract with Great West fot planning and grant administration and system upgrades.  Michael seconded, motion passed.

Michael to research open source e-signature software for district.

Meggan and Cyndie will check with Julissa as to whether the issue of Barb getting Verizon communications has been resolved.

Sewer lot to be mowed soon, Cyndie will contact mower.
