Meeting Minutes

April 8th, 2021 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

MEETING HELD ON ZOOM DUE TO COVID

Roll Call:

Cyndie Winchell, Meggan Quigley, Michael Bushey

Approval of Minutes:

Motion to approve the minutes as posted on the website was made by Meggan, seconded by Michael, motion carried and minutes approved.

Financial Information:

Financial information for February read by Meggan. Motion to approve made, seconded and carried and financials approved

Public Input: None.

Old Business:

Clint Dack with Northwestern Energy came to talk about upgrade of power to booster station on the hill.  Bidding starts May 1, project will not start until late summer or possibly fall.  His hope is for minimal water system user outage possibly none at all. Could be 3 to 4 feet loss at switchbacks possible, and junction cans every 3 to 4 feet.

Cyndie is waiting for call back from Craig Pozega only one other contractor  inquiry so far.  

All other old business is on hold.
