Meeting Minutes

Meeting held on Zoom due to Covid 19.

Roll Call: Cyndie Winchell, Meggan Quigley, Michael Bushey, Paula Niccum, Dusty Deschamps.

Approval of Minutes: Motion to approve minutes as passed on site made, seconded and approved.

Financial Information: Meggan reviewed the December financials with a screen share. Motion to approve made and seconded, financials approved.

Public Input: None.

Old Business:

…Storage shed document sort and file postponed until spring.
Ordinance review
Loan application- Cyndie has been in touch with Anna Miller. She found the engineering report and contacted Craig Pozega who helped develop the original engineering report. He is willing to help us. Meggan and Cyndie will work on the application and then conference call with Andy and Anna Miller to complete the application.
Cyndie is still working with the county to complete the electronic signature set up.

New Business:

Broken sewer line cap on corner of Edgewood and Ola is missing. Meggan will call Andy to get it replaced.
