Meeting Minutes

January 14th, 2021 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:  Cyndie Winchell, Meggan Quigley, Michael Bushey, Paula NIccum.

Approval of Minutes:  Motion to approve the minutes as posted on the website was made, seconded and carried, minutes approved.

Financial Information:   November Financial report read by Meggan.  Discussion of aging reports submitted by Julissa.  Motion to approve made by Paula, seconded by Michael, motion carried, financials approved.

Public Input: None.

Old Business:  Cyndie reported on her research into getting a loan for system improvements.  She has been in touch with Anna Miller (state revolving fund?), and Andy Mefford of PCI.  Improvements may require an engineering report which can be expensive.  Cyndie is waiting for people to return her calls, research ongoing.  Board may explore grants to help with the engineering reports.

Meggan has completed the budget projections for the year.   

Cyndie has approached the county asking how we could best enable document signing for board documents.  The county has set the board up to use a document signing service through them at no cost.

New Business: None.
