Meeting Minutes
August 13th, 2020 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department
*meeting was held at the well lot at Sunnyside and Highway 200.
Roll Call:Dusty, Cyndie, Meggan, Michael, Paula
Approval of Minutes: Dusty moved to approve the minutes as osted on the website, Cyndie seconded, motion carried and minutes approved.
New Business
Andy Mefford, our water system operator from PCI came to the meeting to discuss recent system repairs and propose repairs for the system. The system had to replace a section of water supply line servicing three houses behind the homes oon the north side of Lerch Lane. The line has needed repairs in the past and should probably be replaced. Andy is going to look at it and bring us a proposal with a preferred route for the next meeting. He also brought an estimate for three proposed repairs to be made to the water storage tank on the hill. The repairs are adding a inline check valve at the overflow, replacing the existing expansion tank and installing a filter around the storage tank roof vent. The board discussed the repairs and decided to install the storage tank roof vent filter and inspect the expansion tank, then evaluate whether other repairs are needed.
The board also discussed maintenance on the septic system. The tank will be pumped this year. In addition, Andy will be arranging for the inspection of all manholes and jetting the sewer lines when it can be scheduled.
Andy will also be bringing a list of future repairs, develop a call list of contractors to help with work on the district and suggested procedures to follow for future short notice repairs.
The motion to approve the repairs to the storage tank on the hill was made by Dusty, seconded by Meggan and passed by the board.
Financial Information: Financial information will be reviewed at the next meeting.

- Booster area and Tank housekeeping (September)
- Discuss ongoing Sewer project, pumping, Andy’s’ ideas, mowing issues. Sewer system project will proceed as above. Mowing discussion ongoing.

- Discuss changing the first page of the website to reflect current items. (Sptember)
