Meeting Minutes

June 11th, 2020 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:  Cyndie Winchell, Michael Bushey, Diana Fuentes, Meggan Quigley, Dusty Deschamps, Paula Niccum.

Approval of Minutes:  Motion made by Michael and seconded by Meggan to approve the minutes as posted on the website.  Motion carried, minutes approved.

Financial Information:  Meggan read the May financial report from the county.  Dusty moved to approve, Michael seconded, motion carried and minutes approved.

Public Input: None.

Old Business: Andy is still waiting to hear about setting up an inspection to coordinate with pumping of the septic tanks in the septic field.  

Andy is also looking for the components  to make repairs needed on one of the wells.

Sewer lot mowing:  Board determined we will start with the lot being mowed 3 times per summer and do more if necessary.

Harrison meter:  The wires need to be re-connected on the meter.  Cyndie and Michael are going to work on re-connection.  

Insurance appraisal:  Meggan met with the appraiser to look at the system for insurance purposes for our system insurance with MAACo.

New Business:

Members discussed moving the documents that had been stored in tubs at the booster station on the hill into the file cabinets that were purchased by the district.  Project is ongoing.

Michael Bushey is going to meet with Mike Lilley to go over the maintenance of the website.

Paula received an email from the county elections office requesting the swearing in of board members beginning a new term this spring.  

Signs were painted with the new day of the week for meetings.  Paula will set out the signs for the meeting in July.

Paula made a motion to adjourn, Dusty seconded, motion carried, meeting adjourned.
