Meeting Minutes

Roll Call: Cyndie Winchell, Meggan Quigley, Dusty Deschamps, Michael Bushey, Paula Niccum. Dian Fuentes also attended.

Approval of Minutes: Motion made by Dusty, seconded by Michael to approve the minutes as posted on the website. Motion carried, minutes approved.

Financial Information: April financial report read, Michael made a motion to approve, Dusty Seconded. Motion carried, Financials approved.

Public Input: None.

Old Business:

Julissa, the system bookkeeper and meter reader came to the meeting. Her contract was discussed. the only change made to the contract was to establish 30 days notice for termination from either party instead of having a fixed expiration date. Dusty moved to approve the contract, Paula seconded. Motion carried, contract approved. Invoice for P.O. box rental and Linode server have been received, Julissa authorized to pay them.
Freer meter has been replaced.
Fontaine meter reading issues resolved.

New Business:

Bond payment- Paula made a motion to prepare a resolution for bond payment to be made at the next meeting. Dusty seconded. Motion carried, bond resolution will be completed at the next meeting.
Mowing the Sewer lot- Cyndie has found a contractor who will mow the sewer lot for $200 per time.
Work on the Sewer lot- Andy Mefford with PCI, the water system operator will coordinate inspection of the sewer system to coordinate with the pumping of the septic tank(s).
Domain name expiration- Cyndie will look into expirateion and renewal of our domain name.
The board discussed who would put out the meeting notice signs and who the board might get to trim weeds at the booster tank lot on the hill. Will check whether Ray Powell would be willing to trim the weeds in exchange for a bill credit. Discussion of sign placement continues, may be decided on a monthly basis depending on who is available.
A thank you card was signed and gift sent to Janet Lilley.
