Meeting Minutes

March 12th, 2020 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:

Cyndie Winchell, Barb Powell, Meggan Quigley, Dusty Deschamps, Paula Niccum, Michael Bushey, Diana Fuentes

Approval of Minutes:

Motion to approve the minutes as posted on website was made by Barb, seconded by Cyndie, motion carried, minutes approved. 

Financial Information:

January report from County was read, February report from County was read.  Motion to approve made by Dusty, seconded by Paula.  Motion carried, financial reports approved.

Public Input: None.

Old Business: 

Still need a contract from Julissa, our bookkeeper.  She will be invited to our next meeting.

Paula missed the deadline for board elections and will need to be appointed to the water board.  She has contacted the county as to appointment procedure.  

This meeting is the final meeting for Barb Powell.  The new board responsibilities will be as follows:

Cyndie Winchell, President

Paula Niccum, Secretary

Meggan Quigley, Treasurer

Michael Bushey has joined the board and agreed to be our website manager.

Keys and paperwork have been handed over.

New Business: 

WGM will be investigating the runoff from the hill and possible mitigation.

Andy Mefford, our water system operator informed us of positive bacT hits in the system.  Board members suspect that it occurred after the multiple power outages in the last few weeks.  The board will discuss chlorination after power outages with Andy.
