Meeting Minutes

January 9th, 2020 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:  Cyndie, Dusty, Barb, Meggan, Paula.  System members Michael Bushey and Diana Fuentes also attended.

Approval of Minutes: Minutes read by Barb, Motion made to approve by Dusty, seconded by Cyndie, minutes approved.

Financial Information:  none.

Public Input: None.

 

Old Business:  Three board member terms expire this year.   Applications to be placed on ballot for board member elections are due in February.  More information about applying for board position will be posted on the Sunny Meadows home page.

DEQ Sanitary Survey Inspection:  Our system operator  reports that the DEQ inspection looks good.  Andy hopes to get the bottom of the vault at the booster station drainage holes in the spring.  He suggests that the system’s sewer drains also need to be cleaned.

The wiring for the Fontaine and McMurray meter buttons was completed. 

Jim Sorenson did move his meter reading button on his house.

New Business:  MT Properties, a property management company contacted the board about a home in the system that is being rented temporarily.  Bills we be sent to and paid by MT Properties
