Meeting Minutes

December 4th, 2019 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:  Dusty, Cyndie, Barb

Approval of Minutes:  Motion to approve minutes made by Dusty, seconded by Barb, Motion passed.

Financial Information:  Financial reports for October and November were approved as submitted.

Public Input: None.

Old Business:  The meters for the Fontaines and McMurrays will have the wiring for the button to read the meters repaired on December 17th by Mickelsons.

New Business:  A motion was made to approve Resolution 2012-12 in the amount of $5731.25 for payment of the Bond by Dusty Deschamp and seconded by Cyndie Winchell.  the motion passed.

Barb to check on the amount of the payment as it has been approximately $4800.00 in the past.
