A Resolution For Mowing The District Booster Station Property Credit

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, the District has the responsibility of maintaining the property it owns.

WHEREAS, over the past several years, Mike Huber, a District resident, has been responsible for the trimming and weed mitigation of the District’s Booster station property

WHEREAS, hiring a private company for such maintenance would cost the District significant money

WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to provide a water credit in the amount of $100.00 to the Huber account for excellent maintenance of District property

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorizes a payment to the Mike Huber’s water district account in the amount of $100.00 (one hundred dollars).
