Meeting Minutes

June 5th, 2019 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:  Barb Powell, Cyndie Winchell, Paula Niccum, Meggan Quigley.

Approval of Minutes:  A motion was made to approve by Paula, seconded by Cyndie, motion carried, minutes approved.

Minutes for April were posted on website, read and motion and vote to approve completed by board via email.

Financial Information:  April financial report ready by Cyndie, Barb made a motion to approve, Cyndie secondedm motion carried & minutes approved.

Public Input: None.

Old Business:  Andy our water operator contacted BArb to let her know the divers would be delayed.  They will be rescheduled for July or August.  Andy will chlorinate until the work is done, and contact the DEQ to update them. 

Water on Lerch Lane- When the county came out to figure out the problem with the draining on the road, they pointed out that some of our manhole covers are below grade.  The board discussed repairs and will probably repair them next year.  

Barb went to pick up Core & Main meters.  Meter installed was defective, so plumber installed the old one.  Barb will call them and order 3 to have on hand.

Ray will continue to mow the sewer lot and will be paid more money.  

New Business:  Julisa, our meter reader read the meter on the 5th friday of a five Friday month.  This changes the way we bill in Quicken.  We reminded her about it, and plan to inform Janet to make a short not on the invoice explaining what happened with the billing statements.

Gene Quillen has donated a shed for the well lot.  Board members have volunteered to paint it.  Ray will skirt it.  Motion to approve skirting materials pruchase made by Cyndie, seconded by Meggan.  Mtion carried, purchase approved.
