Meeting Minutes

April 3rd, 2019 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:Barb Powell, Cyndie Winchell, Dusty Deschamps, Meggan Quigley, Paula Niccum.  Resident Perry Hilderman also in attendace.

Approval of Minutes: Motion made by Cyndie to approve minutes as posted on site.  Seconded by Paula, motion carried, minutes approved.

Financial Information: February Financial report read, motion made to approve by Dusty, seconded by Paula, Motion acrried & financial report approved.

Additional financial info- Payment to Verizon lost.  Barb made the payment via Water Board credit card for $37.71 for telemetry service.  Barb and Jaqnet are monitoring the situation.

Public Input: None.

Old Business:

• System maintenance proceeding, Mixer has arrived, coordination of diver contract ongoing.

New Business: None.
