Roll Call: Paula Niccum, Barb Powell, Dusty Deschamps, Cyndie Winchell.
Approval of Minutes: Dusty made a motion to approve the minutes as posted on site. Seconded by Barb, Motion passed, minutes approved.
Financial Information: Barb May financial report from the county. Some discussion of inconsistencies regarding the categories some expenses are attributed to.
More clarification will be pursued by Barb. Motion made by Barb to approve the minutes, seconded by Dusty, motion carried, financials approved.
Public Input: None.
Old Business: Covers for the valves in the pump house were made by Paula. Expenses will be presented for reimbursement next meeting.
Leak at Marshall Grade and DEQ: Brian has supplied documentation of booster at Lee Cox residence, it will either be disconnected or grandfathered in to comply with DEQ. The test results we have had were all from on the hill. There is still standing water in the curb stop. Solutions are being investigated.
Sorenson meter replaced and sensor button for meter reader moved.
Sewer system alert proposal is still under discussion. Adam may be able to attend next meeting.
Meter reader position- A meter reader has been found to perform reading for Janet and Mike. Board will look at hiring status, contract wording, etc. Janet’s contract may be up as well, board will consider both items.
Sewer lot mowing discussion: Cyndie spoke to Adam about more frequent mowing and his request to spray for weeds. She explained that the $400 the board budgeted for mowing was all that would be paid. The county was called and they do not have any problem with spraying. Currently, spraying is not in the budget.
New Business: Barb looked at Janet’s budget information. For the last year, some items were under and some over projection, but totals all within the normal range. Barb will post the budget to the website and we will vote on the budget resolution at the next meeting.
