Approval of Minutes: Barb, Dusty. There was one typo on “Received.”
Financial Update: Cyndie made motion to December 2016 financials subject to corrections, Dusty seconded:
-NWE in the wrong expenditure code
-Question on tax payment
Public Input: None
Old Business:
- Recognition: we all signed the card for the church
- Repairs on well house: we needed 3 new valves, 2 bacT hits in a year leads to the DEQ visiting and testing. New chlorinator was replaced today. Replaced one of the valves, the other two will be installed with the new meter that arrives. Chlorinator was purchased and is working now.
New business:
- DEQ visit and possible leakers: area around Keens and Deschamps has standing water. Been worked on 3 times and there are still leaks.
- Purchase of new chlorinator:
- Consider cover for valves to prevent further equipment damage: need something fabricated due to the risk of possible damage.
Insurance: they didn’t send us all the pages so we will get it paid soon. Deadline today but we need all the pages
