A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMPENSATION FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2016
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and
WHEREAS, the District has adopted bylaws providing for compensation of directors for each month during which they attended a meeting; and
WHEREAS, the District’s bylaws call for each board member to receive $30 for each month during which they actually attended a meeting; and
WHEREAS, during fiscal year 2016, the various directors attended meeting during months as listed below:
