Monthly Board Meeting

Roll Call: Board members present: Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Mike Huber, and

Paula Niccum.

Approval of the Minutes: Not applicable

Financial Information: Mike Lilley presented the financial report. Mike Huber made motion to

accept and Paula Niccum seconded.

Public Input: Mike Lilley indicated that he revamped the website.

Old Business: There are no numbers as of yet regarding the pump house control repairs.

Stafford and Darrah-Job: Both Tom Walter and Cyndie Winchell assisted both residence’s to

assure their meters were operating properly.

New Business:

• Board Compensation: Mike Huber made motion to pass the resolution for board

compensation. Paula Niccum seconded.

• Church Donation: Mike Lilley will bring the paper work next meeting for the donation.

• Paula Niccum volunteered to change the location on the display signs set out to indicate

our meeting place and time.

• Finance Reports: Mike Lilley is waiting to hear from the state about our Audit.
