Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water & Sewer District 

Board Meeting 

April 2nd, 2014 at the Bonner School Library

Roll Call: Mike Lilley, Cyndie Winchell, Mike Huber, Paula Niccum, and Tom Walter 

Approval of the Minutes: Mike Huber approved the minutes, Cyndie Winchell 2nd. 

Financial Information: Mike Lilley presented the financial report. Mike Huber approved the 

financial report and Paula Niccum Second. 

Public Input: There was no public input. 

Old Business: Brian is still performing a leak test at this time. 

Pump House Door: Cyndie indicated that the new door for the pump house has not been 

completed and should be accomplished soon. 

New Meter update: Cyndie indicates that she will purchase the new meter reader for $485.00

Monthly Billing Request: Cyndie will write a letter to be sent out with the next billing period 

seeking input from the home owners as to whether we should change to a monthly billing period 

month. 

The bond refinance paper work and review: Mike Lilley moved that we adopt a new 

resolution for the bond. Mike Huber Seconded it. Paula read the new bond to the board. She also

read the new resolution for the new bond. 

Mike Lilley read the officers Certificate. He also read the Certificate & receipt of the Secretary. 

Mike also read the Certificate as to the organization and financial conditions of the Sunny 

Meadows. 

Paula read the Certificate as to resolution and adopting a vote.

Mike Lilley recommended we adopt the new resolution and Mike Huber 2nd. 

Adjournment: 7:40 pm–Mike Huber motioned we adjourn and Paula 2nd.
