Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water & Sewer District

The meeting was called to order at 7 pm by Cyndie Winchell.

Roll Call: Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Mike Huber, Paula Niccum, & Tom Walter

were present.

Approval of the Minutes: Cyndie Winchell made motion to approve the minutes—

Paula Niccum seconded. Everyone agreed.

Financial Information: Mike Lilley presented to the board the financial report. Cyndie

Winchell made motion to accept the financials and Mike Huber seconded. Everyone

Approved.

Public Input: Brian, our water system managers indicated that our Chlorinator become

inoperable. Everyone on the board agreed to have it either fixed or replaced.

Old Business:

• We are still on for next spring to have the tank cleaned.

• Annual Report: It was indicated that Mike Lilley sent the annual report in.

• Cyndie Winchell indicated that she was still planning on purchasing a new meter

reader.

• Pump House Door: The plan is still to install a new door once the weather

improved.

• Mike Lilley indicated that he sent in the bond payment.

New Business:

There was no new business to disclose.

Adjournment: 7:47 pm. Cyndie Winchell made motion to adjourn—Mike Lilley

seconded.
