Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water & Sewer District

Board Meeting

The Meeting was called to order at 7pm by Cyndie Winchell

Roll Call:

• Present were Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Mike Huber, Paula Niccum, and

Tom Walter

Approval of the Minutes:

• Mike Lilley moved to approve the minutes. Cyndie 2nd. Everyone 2nd.

Financial Information:

Mike Lilley presented and read the financial report. Mike Huber made motion to accept

and Paula Niccum 2nd. Everyone seconded.

Public Input:

• There was no public input.

Old Business:

• There are only two people in the district 30 to 60 days behind in their payments.

• The water tank was not cleaned as they weren’t able to drive up to the water tank

as it was too muddy. They will be re-scheduled possibly in the fall of this year.

• Tom Walter spoke to the people at Canyon River Golf Coarse to have our sewer

lot mowed. They should be performing this soon.

• There were no long range projects in the future.

New Business:

• I will call DEQ about possibly having our pump house lot sprayed with weed

killer. The lot is being over run by weeds.

• We discussed increasing Tom Carroll’s lawn care services to the district as he

has done a very respect job in all aspects.

• It was discussed to pay our bond payment to US Bank. Everyone agreed.

• The board is still hoping someone will show some interests in join the board as a

member. We have a couple of openings coming up. We will plan on inserting a

letter with the water bills to everyone with the hope of drawing some interests in

the neighborhood.
