Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water & Sewer District

Board Meeting Location at Bonner School

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Cyndie Winchell.

Roll Call:

• Present were Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Mike Huber, Paula Niccum, and

Tom Walter.

Approval of Minutes:

• Mike Lilley approved the minutes and Cyndie Winchell 2nd.

Financial Information:

• Mike Lilley presented the financial report. Mike Huber made motion to accept

and Tom Walter 2nd.

Public Input:

• Liquid Engineering of Billings Montana submitted a bid of $2500 to clean our

water tank. The board will review this. They were recommended to us by a very

reliable source.

Old business:

• There was no old business of much importance at this time.

New Business:

• Sewer House Update—there is nothing to report at this time.

• Board Member Pay: The board members voted to raise the pay per meeting from

$10 per meeting to $30 per meeting to each member.

• It was mentioned that the board member elections will close on November 1st,

2013. We are hoping more interested home owners will show some interest and

run for a board member position November. At present there are two board

member positions coming open.
