Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water & Sewer District 

Board Meeting Location at Bonner School

January 3rd, 2013

Board Members Present:

• Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Mike Huber, Paula Niccum, & Tom Walter 

Roll Call: Cyndie Winchell called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Mike Huber approved the 

minutes and Paula Niccum 2nd. 

Public Attendance: There was no attendance. 

Financial Report

• The financial report was issued by Mike Lilley. Mike Huber move to accept the financial

reports and Tom Walter seconded. All members accepted. 

Public Input: 

• There was no public input. 

Old Business: 

• The contractor selected to rebuild the sewer shed has failed to come back with a bid and 

date of construction. We are going to wait at a later date to decide whether we place it up

for bid with other contractors.

New Business: 

• Brian Hensel advised us that the DEQ suggested we clean our tank as there is a small 

amount of debris at the bottom of our tank. Arrangements are being made by Mike Lilley

to accomplish this. 

• Brian had to do a minor chlorination of the system due to some work he performed on the

water system. 

• Resolution was made to pay $100 apiece to both the Bonner School and Our Savior 

Lutheran Church for the use of their building for board of directors meeting. 

• It was discussed that four Sunny Meadows residents may have their water shut off due to 

none payment next month.
