Board Meeting Location at Bonner School

Public Attendance: There was no one present.

Financial Report

• The financial report was issued by Mike Lilley. Mike Huber move to accept the

financial reports and Cyndie Winchell seconded. All members accepted.

Public Input: There was no public input at this time.

Old Business:

• Mike Lilley prepared and completed the annual report.

New Business:

• The bond payment of $6076.25 will be paid on January, 2013. Resolution to pay

was signed and accepted by all board members.

• Sewer Pump House building replacement was discussed. We did not receive a

bid from Paterson Construction as of yet to replace it at this time.

• The water system had to be chlorinated a couple of times. The source of the

contamination has not been located at this time.
