Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water 7 Sewer District 

November 1st, 2012

Board Members Present:

• Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilly, Mike Huber, Paula Niccum, & Tom Walter.

Public Attendance: 

• Adam Pummill

Financial Report:

• The financial report was presented by Mike Lilly. Cyndie Winchell made motion 

to accept and Paula Niccum seconded. We all accepted. 

Public Input: 

• It was disclosed that during the loss of electricity about a month ago for around 5 

hours we somehow experienced a small contamination in the water system. It is 

suspected to being a very small undetectable leak at this time. 

• We discussed the replacement of the Sewer house. Adam Pummill offered a 

rough estimate of $2500 for complete replacement. 

Old Business: 

• There was no old business to be discussed. 

New Business: 

• Mike Lilly informed the board that the Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water 

& Sewer District is in the Black. 

• The state audit is scheduled on December 3rd, 2012. Cyndie Winchell made 

motion to accept and Paula Niccum seconded.
