Board Meeting Location at the Church in Bonner

Approval of the Previous Months Minutes

• Mike Lilley made motion to accept and Mike Huber 2nd.

Financial Report:

• The financial report was provided by Mike Lilley.

Public Input:

• Discussed was possible compensation for work done by a board member such as when

weed eating or mowing of fields. Mike Lilley thinks it is in Montana law prevents this

practice. He says he will look into it.

• Tom Walter called Joe with Water Quality in Helena requesting how we can rid both our

pump house field and water tank area of weeds. We are reluctant to spray any toxic

material so near the pumps and well house although Joe indicated we could with a

professional weed sprayer company. He suggested placing a mild broadcast spray to

begin with then increase with a more potent spray the next time. He said it would

probably take two years to rid the areas of weeds. He also says it is required that we shut

the pumps down for at least two hours and cover the pumps before spraying. Mike Lilley

doesn’t think we can do this this but would look into it.

Old Business:

• Tom Walter made contact with Canyon River Gulf Coarse Maintenance requesting if

they could possibly mow our sewer lot. To our surprise they accepted and agreed to

mow it at cost of $70 per hour. The cost to mow was $175.00. They were very

pleased and happy to cut the lot a couple times a year.

• It was agreed by the board to pay for Adam Pummels new meter.

New Business:

• There was no new business.
